Today, Recom Services employs over 250 full time staff, across our state-based offices with a turnover in excess of $70million p/a.

Head Office is in Sydney and we have offices in Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Perth, WA.

Additional to this solid infrastructure, our national portfolio of regional and remote subcontractors provide one of the strongest and most reliable network of service/construction personnel in the electrical industry.

Recom understand the importance of a fully functioning call centre to manage customer priorities and allow them to concentrate on their core business.

24 Hour Call Centre

To ensure consistency, Recom implemented a 24/7 call centre operating out of our Sydney head office which processes in excess of 3,800 individual service work orders per month.

Our customers simply have one point of contact for any site nationally which allows Recom and its subsidiary businesses to achieve greater efficiency and decrease valuable down time.

Recom provides 24/7 coverage for all of your Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic needs. We have 22 service technicians and 4 apprentices to support Metro NSW and have an established network of sub-contractors to support Regional NSW.
